So a new website to start the new year! It was meant to have happened for January, but once again time ran away with me. What with Starlight Panto, Ivy Arts West Side Story, Lone TWin in France and Fleur Darkin's new tour time has simply slipped away. However, we are up and running - real fast!
France, Bordeaux to be precise. That was something different and worth mentioning. A small suburb of Bordeaux hosts their National Theatre. We were in their studio space. Now Lone Twin Theatres' The Festival is a 14m long by 4m wide piece of contemporary theatre performed in traverse, so studio spaces are usually a no go. This space however, was a thing of beauty. Their studio space was bigger than a lot of UK theatre's main spaces. Show up in a day ready for rehearsals and a show the following evening.
